While investors invest in businesses in Afghanistan, at AISA we invest in our human resource, which is our most important asset. We understand the critical importance of investment in the human capital and the promotion of human development. Our Human Resource Department is focused continuously on finding the most qualified staff to support our vision and mission. Our staff act together to solve our immediate and long-term goals, listen to the unique situation of each investor and potential investor, and are constantly working together to locate the people who have the right skills and experience for AISA.

The pre-requisites for any position in our organization is simple but demanding. We employ talents with strong work ethics, commitment, accountability, and responsibility. Our staff needs to be an outstanding team player at all times with the ability to coordinate people and activities across multiple functions, yet able to work independently. Internships

From time to time, we receive requests from national and international students for temporary positions in AISA to learn the ropes of facilitating and promoting investment in Afghanistan. While we may not always have enough places to accommodate all requests, we invitee interested students to send us their CVs and cover letters. Due to the nature of our organization, we are most interested in tertiary level or post-graduate students specializing in Investment, Commerce, Economics, Marketing, Business Studies, Public Policy, and Development Studies.
